1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and utilizing the website onlinestudy, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these parameters, please do not utilize our web interface.
2. Description of Service
onlinestudy is a browser-based weekly study planner and command center that aggregates study files, ambient sound rooms, and AI tools locally. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operations.
3. Localized Storage & Data Responsibility
Since your files, notes, and progress logs are saved strictly in your local browser cache (via localStorage), we have no custody or access to this data. If you clear your browser cookies, storage, or cache, you may permanently lose your saved materials. It is your sole responsibility to keep backups of your slide PDFs and txt files.
4. Intellectual Property
All custom graphics, logo marks, design layouts, and functional code scripts are the property of onlinestudy. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our code configurations without our express written consent.
5. Disclaimers of Liability
In no event shall the team or developers of onlinestudy be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, system failure, or exam results.
